Hi , loved your article! We live in HK and have been considering a trip to Chiang Mai for furniture shopping. We really liked this shop called NK Bantawai which ships furniture but wanted to understand are the items considered overpriced compared to the shops you’ve listed on your blog? What would be an approximate ballpark for a teak dining table in your opinion? Do you also happen to know if these shops in Baan Tawai ship internationally? Thanks once again!!

Hey Adi, glad the article was helpful!! We are getting a custom dining table I think it's teak, 3 m x 1 m, made for our villa. The price is 25,000 THB. I will try to find out if they ship internationally, particularly to Hong Kong, for you!

Hey Adi, so we looked into it for you. You can organize your own private shipping to HK but they do not offer to organise it themselves. I do have someone who can help you coordinate this in CM. DM me if you'd like me to help organize it for you!

Really appreciate all the help Kayla! I think with all the choices, it’s best to do a trip to Chiang Mai and Ban Tawai :)

I’ll definitely DM you for some contacts before coming to Chiang Mai. Once again, thank you for the help and good luck with your blogs!
